Dilane holds a Master 2 in Business and Corporate Law, obtained with distinction. He is currently writing his doctoral thesis on the supervision of investment funds in Cameroon.

  • Mining activities in French-speaking African countries;
  • OHADA business law.
Education

Before joining the Epena Law team, Dilane worked for several law firms in Cameroon, where he learned the ins and outs of litigation before the Cameroonian courts, negotiating and drafting contracts, and debt
recovery. Since joining Epena, he has assisted and advised clients on major private equity transactions in several African countries.
