Djande Ouattara began his career with the law firm Dalautz & CO, where he quickly mastered legal procedures in Côte d’Ivoire. Following an enriching training course at EHC Consulting, he eagerly joined
LEGAFRIK, a start-up specialising in the creation and management of businesses in Africa. There, he excelled at setting up, modifying and closing companies and drafting contracts.

In addition to his professional career and his dedication to associations, Djande is also co-founder of StartupBoxIvoire.ci, an inspiring digital platform dedicated to tech entrepreneurs and start-ups in Côte
d’Ivoire. This space for information, sharing and support enables those wishing to develop innovative technology projects to realise their dreams and ambitions.

Education

Djande Ouattara holds a Master’s degree in fundamental private law from the Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny in Cocody and a bachelor’s degree in private law from the Université Nord-Sud.
Pursuing his academic dreams, he is currently completing a Master 2 in business law and corporate taxation at the Institut Universitaire d’Abidjan.

Always keen to improve his skills and broaden his horizons, Djande took part in the inspiring Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) programme in 2021, where he obtained a certificate in Public
Management and Governance. This formative experience enabled him to acquire valuable skills in public management and governance, strengthening his profile as a committed lawyer.

Djandé is also aware of the legal issues surrounding companies in difficulty, and is determined to follow a MOOC offered by the University of Toulouse Capitole 1 in 2021. This course has enabled him to deepen his knowledge of the law relating to companies in difficulty and to gain a better understanding of the mechanisms for preventing and dealing with the economic and financial difficulties encountered by companies.
