Nuella’s practice is primely based on corporate transactions and in particular on the incorporation and structuring/restructuring of companies, groups and investment funds, in addition to the management of
governance and administrative issues.

She advises and assists a wide range of clients in the upstream and downstream of technology, intellectual property, agriculture, transportation, trade/commerce, telecommunication, and finance sectors.

She also assists on lending and financing matters, including private equity, as well as on issues specific to the M&A, intellectual property and project development sectors. In addition, she handles the management of commercial contracts (drafting, performance monitoring, termination).

Experience

Nuella began her professional career at the Buea Intensive English Program as Legal Advisor and Assistant Human Resource Manager where she assisted with the recruitment and training of mentors,
drafting of employment contracts, drafting and review of partnership agreements, as well as declaring taxes after which she joined Epena Law’s team.

Education

Nuella holds a Master 2 in Business, Corporate and Finance Law from the University of Douala, a Master 1 in Business, Corporate and Finance Law from the University of Douala and a Bachelor’s degree in Law
and Political Sciences from the University of Douala.
