Sylviane is multilingual and resultsoriented with strong leadership skills. Sylviane has successfully managed major clients ranging from multinational corporations, banks, small and medium-sized enterprises to individuals. An expert in business law, banking law and new technology law, Sylviane has a strong interest in financial law related to new technologies and “New Finance”. Sylviane assists clients with business law, M&A, commercial contracts and Corporate matters.

Sylviane began her legal studies in France and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law and Political Science, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Law obtained with distinction from the Law Faculty of
Paris X Nanterre. Sylviane then continued her studies in England, graduating with distinction in London with a double LLM in International Commercial Law and International Business Law.
