She then joined Boissons, vins et spiritueux (BVS) Cameroun SA, where she was involved in regularising deductions made from the company’s suppliers, drafting legal and tax opinions on the company’s internal
and external problems, and drafting and monitoring the company’s customer contracts.
She then joined the Local Legal Advice team (CJP) as a legal and tax assistant before joining the EPENA LAW team.

Syrielle holds a Master 2 in Applied Taxation with honours from the Institute of Management (ISMA), a Master 1 in Business Law and Management from the University of Dschang and a Bachelor’s degree in
Private Law from the University of Dschang.
