Prior to joining the firm, Jocelyne served as a Web Developer at Lux Web Services in Douala. In this role, she specialized in the design and development of functional, cross-platform websites and the management of complex relational databases. Her background in software engineering and database management enables her to provide technical diagnostics and strategic support, including the maintenance of office hardware whenever necessary.

After obtaining a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Software Engineering and Computing, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Network Administration and Computer Security from ISTAMA.

With over five years of experience in the technology sector , she oversees the firm’s IT infrastructure and digital presence by ensuring the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all computing equipment. Her role involves managing the security and optimization of internal networks, providing technical diagnostics for hardware and software incidents, and ensuring regular website content updates.

Additionally, Jocelyne provides project follow-up for IT solutions developed by external partners and serves as a technical link for the firm, facilitating strategic data management while helping to improve the team’s overall computer skills.
